Aid Information Management System (AIMS):
- AMP - Aid Management Platform for the Kyrgyz Republic
- The information in the AMP is entered by both Ministry of Finance, which provides information regarding on-budget Public Investment Programmes, and development partners report on off-budget financing of public development projects. The Aid Management Platform was developed to improve coordination between the Government of Kyrgyzstan and development partners, as well as among development partners to avoid duplication of efforts and to better align with government priorities.

DPCC has been established with the purpose of improving multi-way flow of relevant information among donors, government agencies and civil society institutions. This facilitates networking and broader collaboration within the donor community, a more constructive dialogue and shared vision with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on country’s priorities, and serves to strengthen overall aid coordination and management.
The High Level Forum on Harmonization in Rome identified three countries in ECA Region which would be pilot countries for harmonization: Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Serbia. Following the Rome meeting, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic passed the Resolution in March, 2003 and appointed the Ministry of Finance (MoF) as the executing agency for harmonization program.
