In order to begin the review of the Global Partnership monitoring exercise, Co-Chairs initiated a virtual consultation to seek the views of stakeholders on the incentives and features of the monitoring process that they value most. This report presents the findings of the consultation, conducted in early 2020, and highlights the considerations which most influence stakeholders’ decisions to participate in the Global Partnership monitoring, thus pointing to how a future monitoring exercise could continue to incentivize participation.
