This document is based on the premise that international cooperation is an essential tool to support Uruguay's and the world's transition to sustainable development.
This International Cooperation Policy of Uruguay to 2030 proposes a long-term vision - in line with the international commitments assumed by the country around the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals - that allows us to overcome compartmentalized thinking and action, for the definition of a State policy.
The final result is this document on Uruguay's International Co-operation Policy to 2030, which is oriented and utopia: to contribute to sustainable development from a dual role in international cooperation with a rights-based approach and with flexible and innovative strategies for a changing context.
