The purpose of this study is to analyse the current state of relations between foundations and the Federal public administration in Mexico, and to understand the progress achieved in advancing multi-stakeholder collaboration. The idea behind the project was to develop a diagnosis and make recommendations that would result in positive steps towards strengthening this relationship with a view to boosting the co-ordinated work of these actors in promoting development.
