The Kampala Principles Assessment (KPA) is a novel part of the Global Partnership’s monitoring exercise and will generate evidence on the challenges and opportunities to improve private sector engagement in development co-operation. This document (download below) includes the KPA questionnaire and detailed guidance for stakeholders in countries undertaking this assessment, which is done as an integral part of the monitoring exercise. A note explaining the methodological structure of the KPA can be found here.
The KPA is complemented by the Kampala Principles Toolkit, which provides targeted advice, country level examples, and others relevant resources.
